Hue University has determined to:

Give priority to international cooperations in training, scientific research and training human resources
Implement multilateralism in international relationships, on basis of promoting internal forces, to create spearheads in sciences, training quality and training careers, as well as to identify our own strengths.
Actively search for international partners to establish collaborative training and scientific research programs; realise research projects in accordance with the protocol program between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of other countries
Offer favorable conditions for officials, lecturers and students of Hue University to study abroad using different sources of finance
